This is a home cooking enterprise, based in Cambridge UK, specialising in (but not limited to) Chinese dumplings and bao buns.
Everything is prepared from scratch, using fresh natural ingredients. You will receive your dish just cooked, ready to eat.

About me

I am a Chinese living in Cambridge since 2019. I am a mother of three lovely children. I've lived in Italy for 11 years. I do miss my country, the traditional food and the peaceful and dusty countryside, the pure and kind farmers. I love cooking Chinese food, trying my best to recreate the same taste as when I was in China. I want to preserve the original traditions, no matter where I am.

I recently started my home cooking food business. I make fresh hand-made Chinese dumplings and Chinese Bao Bun, as either take away or delivery. Allergens

Our dishes are made with love and we strive to accommodate different dietary needs. I've the online certificate for allergy and food intolerance training. My daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease when she was a baby, so I can say that I have many years of gluten-free food cooking experience. Furthermore, my husband is lactose intolerant. I take care of every small detail and safety practices to ensure the food is prepared in the best possible way and without risks of contamination.

I occasionally prepare gluten-free dumplings (I believe I am the only one making them in the area and probably even beyond Cambridgeshire), but the normal dumplings are made with wheat flour, following the original recipes. Contact me directly to discuss your specific requirements.
