About me

I am a Chinese native, living in Cambridge since 2019. Before that, I spent 11 years in Italy. Originally from Shandong, in Northern China, I began cooking when I was only 8. I deeply miss my homeland, the traditional food, the peaceful and dusty countryside and the pure, kind-hearted farmers. I am also the proud mother of three lovely children.

Cooking authentic Chinese food has always been my passion. I strive to recreate the same flavors I grew up with in China, preserving the traditions no matter where life takes me. My mission is to help people discover the original cuisine of my province and share the joy it brings.

Recently, I started my own home-cooked food business, preparing fresh hand-made Chinese dumplings and Bao buns, available for take away or delivery. A good food maker has her secrets and takes great care of her customers, but above all, I bring passion to every dish I create. I truly love what I do.

Information on Allergens

Our dishes are made with love and we strive to accommodate different dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. I've obtained the online certificate for allergy and food intolerance training.

My daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease when she was a baby, so I can say that I have many years of gluten-free food cooking experience. Furthermore, my husband is lactose intolerant. I take care of every small detail and safety practices to ensure that all food is prepared in the best possible way and without risks of contamination.

I can also prepare gluten-free dumplings (I believe I am the only one making them in the area and probably even beyond Cambridgeshire), but the normal dumplings are made with wheat flour, following the original recipe.

Sesame, fish, molluscs and sulphites are allergenes present in the sauces and can be avoided on request. Please check the full allergen sheet for all dishes before ordering.
